Bidders are invited to bid on a general contract, including but not limited to:
Installation of new exterior concrete walks and new prefinished aluminum canopies-including installation of new exterior lighting at the underside of the proposed canopies and installation of a wireless public address system at the proposed canopies. Specific requirements are shown on the Contract Documents dated August 22, 2008.
Drawings, Specifications, and Bidding Documents may be examined free of charge or obtained with deposit of $500.00 from The Lewis Group Architects, Inc. P.C., 1111 Northshore Dr., Suite S-800, Knoxville, TN 37919 phone 865-584-5000. The full amount of the deposit will be returned to all Contractors submitting a bona fide bid, upon return of all documents in good condition within ten days after the date of opening of bids. The deposit will not be returned to the successful bidder.
