Both RCS basketball teams will be playing in the TMSAA Single A Section 1 tournament held at John Sevier Middle School in Kingsport. Although the tournament kicks off this weekend, their 1st place Area 3 finishes earned them a bye. The girls' team will play the winner of Jonesborough and University School on Monday, Feb. 3, at 7:30. The boys' team will face the winner of Grandview and University School on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 7:30. Tournament entry is $10 per day, and the both championships are set to be played Saturday, Feb. 8.
