Accidents happen, but as part of our Tech Agreement, you are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the device should it be damaged or stolen.

No.  Your student agreement does not allow you to put stickers, sticky notes, or any marks on your device.

Yes, we do not have extra chargers.  If you happen to use the device throughout the day, it will likely need to be recharged.  Your teacher can give you further instructions about this.

The quickest way to get help is to email the Tech Team.  Be sure to include your child's name and details about the problem (the app, website, etc.).  If you can attach any screenshots, that will also help us fix the issue more quickly.

Per the Tech Agreement, you are responsible for returning the authentic charger for your child's device at the end of the school year.  Notify the Tech Team or your child's teacher if your charger is lost or damaged to find the cost of replacement.
